Public

One accepted request per address every 60 minutes. Address checks are provisional: Ravelnonce has not published an approved wallet-address format.

Pending means pending

Submitting records a request only. It does not confirm payment or prove that testnet funds were sent. Requests stay pending until an actual delivery confirmation source is connected.
